Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Scorekeeping & friendly games — not a gambling service

Back 9 Bookie is a scorekeeping and record-keeping tool for golf rounds and the informal games and side-bets that groups agree among themselves. It records scores and calculates who owes who based on the games your group chooses.

Back 9 Bookie does not accept, hold, process, transfer or pay out any money or wagers, does not take any stake or commission, and is not a bookmaker, casino, gambling operator or payment service. Any money settled between players is arranged and paid directly between those players, outside the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any wager or game you record is lawful where you are. Do not use the Service where informal wagering is prohibited.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal gambling.
• Don’t upload others’ personal data without a lawful basis, or add players who haven’t agreed to take part.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter (scores, games, notes). You grant us the licence needed to host and display it to your group and to operate the Service. You’re responsible for the content you record.

Availability & changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms. If we make material changes we’ll post the new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that scores, handicaps or settlement figures are error-free; please check them before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trophy Tech Support LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any money wagered, owed or paid between players. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
