How it’s played
Sixes (Hollywood, round-robin) is the fix for a foursome that can't agree on partners: play three 6-hole 2v2 best-ball matches, rotating partners every six holes so everyone partners everyone exactly once. Pairings follow the player order automatically — there's no team step. Because the rotation needs all three segments, sixes is always a full-18 game.
Default scoring treats each 6-hole segment as a match: win it for 1 point, halve it for ½. Points mode awards a point for every hole your side wins instead, which rewards steady play across all 18. The amount is the dollar value per 6-hole match and the game settles zero-sum. Net by default; uncheck handicap strokes for gross.
Settlement. Every player settles the point difference with every other player at the amount per point. At $5 a match, if A wins all three matches (3 points) and B, C and D win one each, A is 2 up on each of them: each owes A $10, so A is +$30 and the others −$10 each.
