Scoring live

Everyone scores from their own phone and the leaderboard updates as the scores go in — or one person keeps score for the group.

The play screen

A round in progress has Leaderboard, Scorecard and Enter tabs, plus Side games. Scores entered on one phone show up on everyone else’s as they are saved.

Your card, or the whole group’s

By default everyone keeps their own card, and the Enter tab shows only yours. The Scorecard tab still shows your whole group.

If one person would rather score for the group, they tap “Keep score for the group”. Someone else can Take over, and the scorer can Step back. The Commish can also choose each group’s scorer under Group Scorers on Commish Setup.

When two scores disagree

If you enter your own score while someone else keeps score for your group, and the two numbers differ, the app points it out and asks which is right: keep one, use the other, or decide later. Until it is settled, the scorer’s number is the one the games use.

Picking up

Out of the hole? Tap Pick Up (X). The card shows an X and records the hole at the round’s maximum score (net double bogey). Stroke play and Stableford count that score in your total. In every other game (skins, match play, best ball, the points games) a picked-up hole cannot win. Tap it again to undo.

Groups and late arrivals

On Round Setup, the Lineup card splits the field into tee-time groups and sets each player’s tees — choose how many per group and Auto-split, or place people by hand. The Commish can add a player from the roster, or a guest, after the round has started.

Keeping up with the round

The round’s Leaderboard page shows the money, the net scores, each game’s standings and the side games. While a round is live, a ticker across the top of the app shows the hole and who is leading.
