Starting a round

Three ways in: a round on your own, a quick game with friends, or a scheduled group round with RSVPs.

Tee It Up Now — on your own

For a round by yourself. From Start, choose Tee It Up Now, pick your course, confirm your tees, and start scoring straight away.

Game Time — with friends, today

For a game with friends on the day. From Start, choose Game Time, pick a course and your players — from one of your groups or from your roster — then add games and share the game code so everyone can join from their own phone.

Scheduled rounds, with RSVP

For a group round planned ahead. On the group’s page, choose Schedule Round. The Create a Round wizard walks through the course, the date and time, and the players.

Group members you did not pick as players get an email with an RSVP link, where they answer “I’m In!” or “Can’t Make It”. Until the round starts, the round page shows who is registered, who is pending and who has declined.

Courses

Every round is played on a course. From Courses, choose Add Course to search the course database and import a course with its tees and hole data filled in, or create one by hand.

The Commish

Whoever sets a round up is its Commish (a group admin is too, for the group’s rounds). The Commish adds the games, manages the lineup, and confirms the round at the end.
